This policy covers Safeway Services LLC ("Safeway Services," "we," "us"), the website at www.safewayservicesllc.com, and the information you give us when you request towing or roadside service.

Information you give us

When you call, text, email, or use the contact form, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the location of your vehicle, where you want it taken, and the year, make, and model. We use it to dispatch a driver, give you a price, keep you updated, and send your receipt.

The driver may note your vehicle's condition, license plate, or VIN at pickup, and for a lockout may ask to see your license and registration to confirm the vehicle is yours.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor through a secure payment link or card reader. We don't store full card numbers. The processor's own privacy policy covers the payment details you enter with them.

Information collected when you visit the website

Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools from Google, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager. They tell us how visitors find the site, which pages they view, and whether someone tapped a call button after seeing one of our ads. This information is about how the site is used. It isn't tied to your name unless you give it to us yourself.

The reviews shown on our reviews page are loaded from Google. When that page loads, your browser connects to Google to fetch them.

You can limit this tracking by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser, using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or changing your ad preferences in Google's My Ad Center.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:

with the driver and dispatch staff handling your service;
with service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment processor, phone and email providers, and the analytics and advertising tools described above;
with the person or business receiving your vehicle at the destination you choose; and
when the law requires it, or to protect our customers, our staff, or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep service and payment records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and legal requirements. Then they're deleted.

Your choices

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
